Holly joined CooperCompanies as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer in June 2018. She was named President of CooperSurgical in July 2020. Prior to joining Cooper, Holly had over 20 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on medical equipment and technology. From 2009 to 2018, she was Managing Director, Global Head of Medical Technology, at UBS Securities. Holly was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1997 to 2000 until it was acquired by Credit Suisse, where she stayed until 2009. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.

Kim joined CooperCompanies in 2018 as Senior Counsel supporting CooperVision. In early 2020, she transitioned to support CooperCompanies, CooperVision, and CooperSurgical as Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment, and in 2021 she was named Assistant General Counsel for CooperSurgical. Kim has spent most of her legal career in the healthcare industry, working with global pharma and medical device companies and on the payor side for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has held several global HR-related positions as well, and she has a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In addition to her JD degree, she has a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in biochemistry.

Mark joined CooperSurgical in January 2018 as Executive Vice President of Sales, Americas and was named Chief Commercial Officer in 2022. Prior to joining CooperSurgical, Mark spent 21 years in various commercial leadership positions at multiple Johnson & Johnson companies, including his role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Cordis Endovascular. Mark accomplished two global private equity turnarounds in commercial leadership positions after his time at Cordis. He has a Bachelor of Science in business from Providence College.

Matthew has spent 17 years across the Cooper businesses. Today, he is responsible for Corporate Development & Strategy at CooperCompanies and is the Divisional Chief Financial officer at CooperSurgical. Matthew’s time in both entities has been focused on corporate development through M&A, though he has overseen a variety of functions at different stages. Prior to his roles at CooperSurgical and CooperCompanies, he spent time at CooperVision after working on an acquisition as a consultant with The Keystone Group. He’s also held previous roles at Oracle. Matthew has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance & international studies from Indiana University.

Lisa joined CooperSurgical in June 2022. Prior to her joining, Lisa was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Communications & ESG (environmental, social, governance) at CooperCompanies, where she was responsible for Cooper’s corporate responsibility strategy and reporting, along with key corporate affairs initiatives. Lisa was formerly Chief Marketing Officer of The HydraFacial Company. Her previous roles include various senior positions in global and regional marketing at CooperVision and Bausch & Lomb, and she began her career in sales. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Buffalo.

Marc joined CooperSurgical in 2006 as part of the Lone Star Medical Products Inc. acquisition. Prior to Cooper and to his role as Director of Business Development at Lone Star, Marc played an integral role at a medical device startup that successfully commercialized and sold its core product, Visualase, a laser-based cancer therapeutic system. Marc has a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Willie joined CooperSurgical in 2022 with 25+ years of experience in global human resources. Prior to joining, he spent four years at Bristol Myers Squibb and 12 years at Mead Johnson Nutrition, working both domestically and internationally. Willie has also held HR leadership roles at General Electric, PepsiCo, and Pfizer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Buffalo and a master’s degree in industrial labor relations and human resources from Rutgers University.

Charles joined CooperSurgical in April 2010 working in fertility operations and was named Senior Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, and Life Sciences in November 2021. Throughout his career at Cooper, Charles has held leadership positions in our genomics, services, and R&D organizations. Prior to joining, he worked for U.S. Health and Human Services at the National Institutes of Health Internal Research Program in Maryland. Charles has a Bachelor of Science in biology from Texas A&M University and a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Maryland.
