ZyMōt™ Sperm Separation Device
From

Sperm preparation made easy
ZyMōt™ represents a fundamental change in thinking about how to effectively separate high-quality sperm1 for ART procedures.
The ZyMōt™ Sperm Separation Device is an innovative and simple way2 to isolate high-quality, motile sperm1 for use in ICSI, IVF and IUI procedures, separating sperm with low DNA fragmentation.3
Simple to adopt
Minimal training requirements when using the ZyMōt™ device equate to more flexibility across users with varying levels of experience.4
Easy to use
The ZyMōt™device is simple to use,4 helping labs quickly achieve high-quality sperm separation for ART procedures.1
Saves time
The ZyMōt™ Sperm Separation Device equates to hands-on time savings5 and workflow standardization.4
Reduces lab risks
ZyMōt™ requires fewer handling steps per sample,4 which could help reduce the risk of errors.2

Proven success6
One sperm and one egg are all that is needed to begin the process of creating an embryo. ZyMōt™ provides high-quality sperm3 for ART procedures, which can increase the odds of a successful fertility treatment cycle.7
For men with high sperm DNA fragmentation, ZyMōt-processed samples has been shown to enhance fertilization, embryo development, and clinical pregnancy rates.8
How it works
- Liquefied semen is placed into a lower chamber and fresh medium in an upper chamber, separated by a permeable polycarbonate membrane with 8µm pores
- Motile sperm can swim through the pores and are harvested from the upper chamber
- Sperm accumulate at boundaries with a changed swimming pattern (flattened slither) within 1µm that is 50% faster.9

Simplifying and standardizing workflow
The ZyMōt™ device simplifies and standardizes workflow in the lab, for ICSI, IVF and IUI.4
